Hop off the curb and into the street for the festival’s signature kickoff parade through the streets of Columbia. All are welcome to watch, or better yet,  participate! It’s free! Meet at 5:10 pm at the Stephen’s College Visitor’s center on the west side of the intersection of College and Broadway.
