Toasted
Sunday, Mar 2 / 11:59PM / Cafe Berlin

"Dave Hill (is) full of unjustified bravado, but also amazingly vulnerable." (Ira Glass). The hubristic yet tender memoirist, raconteur and rock star invites you to partake in conversation (free!) and waffles (those will cost you) at the venerable breakfast joint Cafe Berlin, which for one night only will swing open its doors at 1am and stay cooking til the hungry hordes descend. Toasted is a brand-new T/F tradition: a free-wheeling talk show where we review the weekend's festivities with filmmakers, musicians, artists and other attendees. "Dave Hill is a pathological liar, a fantasist, egoist, and unlicensed podiatrist. I cannot confirm the veracity of anything in this book, but my feet have never felt better." (Janeane Garofalo). For those not able to make it to the cafe, we will be live-streaming on CAT-TV and the T/F home page between 2am-4am Monday morning. Catch Dave before he's in a blockbuster movie with Jennifer Aniston and starts charging insane amounts of cash. Free and open to the public.
