The Super Circle is the insider track for those who want to financially support the future of True/False with exclusive, year-round updates, a one-on-one programmer consultation, and more!
The Box Office is our headquarters during the Fest and is the spot where festgoers can pick up passes, tickets, program books, festival footprint maps, and snag the latest True/False merch. It’s a great place to be!

ONLINE or AT THE BOX OFFICE
If you don’t have a pass to the Fest, but would like to attend individual screenings, you can purchase tickets to available films online or at the Box Office. Please note: our box office location does not begin selling tickets until the Thursday of the Fest. If you’d like to purchase tickets in advance, we recommend you buy them online.Â
Tickets will be available at the Box Office up until 30 minutes prior to screenings. After that, any available seats are sold at the venue. If a film goes NRT (you can check if a film has gone NRT online or at the Box Office), empty seats will be filled at the venue via the Q system.Â
Individual screening tickets are available to purchase:
Monday, February 17 at 10AM CST
Ticket Prices
General Admission (online, at the Box Office, and via the Q): $16
Student (at the Box Office or via the Q): $11
Must present a valid student ID at time of purchase, either at the Box Office, located at Sager Reeves Gallery (1025 E. Walnut St) or at the venue where the film is being shown. (Student discount does not apply to special event tickets)
Show Me True/False tickets (online, at the Box Office or via the Q): $6
This ticket price is for one screening only.
The Show Me True/False screening will take place on Saturday, March 1.
FROM THE Q or AT THE VENUE DOOR
If a film has gone NRT or you don’t have time to stop by the Box Office, the next option is the Q system.
The “Q” is your chance to get into an NRT screening. At all of our film venues, Q numbers (numbered slips of paper) are distributed by the Queen starting 1 hour before the start of each film. We only give one Q per person. With your Q number in hand, there’s no need to stay in line – go grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. In fact, for crowd management purposes, we encourage you to wander!
15 minutes prior to the start of the film, resume your place in the queue and the Venue Captain will begin to release available seats. Don’t be late, or you might have to go back to the end of the Q line. Numbers from the Q will be let in by ascending order until all seats are filled. If your Q number is seated, show your pass for free admission, or, if you don’t have a pass, you’ll pay for your ticket at the door.
All events/venues (including the Box Office) will allow for both cash and credit card transactions.

RESERVATIONS
For a full and rich True/False experience, we encourage you to buy a weekend pass. The primary benefit of buying a pass is that it enables you to reserve screening tickets before the Fest when the most options are available. Reserving tickets with your pass is the best way to make the most of that pass. Each pass level has a specific time when their ticket reservation window opens—we strongly encourage passholders to note that time and date, and be ready to select your schedule as soon as your window opens. Detailed instructions about this process will be emailed to all passholders prior to ticket reservations.Â
For a complete guide to our reservation process, head here.
One of the great things about our ticketing system is that you can (and should!) plan out your schedule online in advance of ticket reservations opening. Browse through all the ticketed films, concerts, and events; save individual items to MY CALENDAR (we recommend saving both first choices and back ups); and edit as you like any time between the schedule grid going live and when your pass level opens for reservations.
