The Jubilee

Thursday, Mar 5 / 5:00pm-6:15pm

Kick off the Fest with our opening-night gala featuring live music, a photo booth, and creative bites from CACC Culinary Arts students. Sip wine courtesy of The Blufftop at Rocheport, home of Les Bourgeois Vineyards, along with beer from Logboat Brewing Co., cider from Waves Cider Co., and hand-brewed coffee from Shortwave Coffee. The celebration moves between the theater lobby and the Fest’s party pavilion on Ninth Street, with food and drinks available in both spaces. Masquerade attire encouraged as we toast the Fest’s 23rd year together! Open to Center and above. PRESENTED BY SIMMONS BANK

Our First Night celebration returns to Harpo’s as a high-energy dance party, True/False–style. STL’s TreHitz takes over the decks with a driving mix of hip-hop and electronica, while immersive visuals transform the space for a night built around big sound and nonstop movement. Kick off the weekend’s nightlife and dive straight into the action. Open to Spring, Center, Silver, Super, and Stay Up late passholders with a reserved ticket.

Art Walks

Join Art Coordinator Lois Kay as she takes you through a guided walking tour of the public art installations with insight, intention, and inspiration. Free & open to the public.

March March

Celebrate with us in our most family-friendly event of the weekend! Our community parade is open to all, easy to access, and one that you should be a part of. Costumes and creative glow are encouraged (just no advertising, politicking, or motorized vehicles). Our March March will feature the Marching MIZZOU Drumline and the Mobile Funk Unit and is led by our own King of Queens, Ron iRONic Ribiat. Free and open to the public.

Reality Bites

Friday, Mar 6 / 5:00pm-6:15pm

A longtime Fest favorite, Reality Bites brings everyone together to eat, drink, and unwind. After the March March, head straight to The Sculpture Yard and the theater lobby to sample bites from some of Columbia’s best restaurants. Enjoy wine courtesy of The Blufftop at Rocheport, home of Les Bourgeois Vineyards, along with beer from Logboat Brewing Co., cider from Waves Cider Co., and hand-brewed coffee from Shortwave Coffee, all set to live music from T/F musicians. Open to Center and above.

Campfire Stories

Friday, Mar 6 / 9pm-10:30pm

Huddle around the Campfire inside Firestone Baars Chapel at Stephens College for an evening of storytelling, guided by returning musical host Noah Earle. Brydie O’Connor (Barbara Forever), Hansen Lin (Always), Robb Moss (The Bend in the River), and Lauren DeFilippo & Sam Soko (One Last Order) share tales about the trials and tribulations of the creative process. Short Circuit Party

This late-night Fest gathering shines a light on attending shorts filmmakers. Grab a board game, settle in at the bar, and spend some time getting to know the artists behind this year’s short films. It’s a relaxed, come-and-go space to meet filmmakers, swap stories, and keep the night going.Open to Super/Silver Circle. PRESENTED BY 30 FOR 30

Filmmaker Fête

Saturday, Mar 7 / 4pm-6pm

Hosted by our friends at Orr Street Studios & Gallery, this afternoon gathering celebrates visiting filmmakers and funders with sweet and savory bites from Endwell Taverna. Enjoy wine courtesy of The Blufftop at Rocheport, home of Les Bourgeois Vineyards, along with beer from Logboat Brewing Co., cider from Waves Cider Co., and hand-brewed coffee from Shortwave Coffee. While you’re there, take time to explore Being Here, an exhibition featuring photography by David Lancaster, Notley Hawkins, and Stephen Bybee. Open to Super and Silver Circle passholders; ticket included in packet.

Gimme Truth!

America’s most beloved (and only) documentary game show is back, hosted by Chicago comic Brian Babylon, known from Why? with Hannibal Buress and Wait, Wait… Don’t Tell Me!. Expect a lively, unpredictable night as local filmmakers try to outsmart a panel of Fest filmmakers with two-minute shorts that are either completely true or totally false.Ticket required. Closing Night Reception

Enjoy one last snapshot of the full T/F 2026 experience with this final reception—now catered for over two decades by our friends at Addison’s restaurant.
